This Inner Smile meditation is a modified version Daoist internal qigong practice that directs bright, high-vibration qi into each internal system/organs. Over time, it is meant to train and cultivate our internal world to be more grounded and peaceful. It’s a great place to start creating neural connections for clearer internal vision. It’s a practice I think healers/people who hold space for others can use when they need a little more of their own light.
