Follow along with this bite-sized Gua Sha sequence that targets jaw & face tension. Muscles targeted: masseters, deep masseters, and temporalis muscles.
How To: Exercise should be done on both sides of the face. Pressure is deep enough to move into the muscle and create a light pink "sha" or microcirculation. Please take care to not use too much pressure and bruise the skin.
