This week we’re covering how to regulate your nervous system. Here’s a sneak peek:
* Qigong, breathwork, and visualization to relax physical centers and muscle groups.
* Martial arts techniques to ground your energy.
* Acupressure to increase vagal tone and support a rest & digest state.
When joining, please make sure that you are in a quiet comfortable space. This week will be mostly seated, so I’d recommend creating a relaxing corner with a chair that lets you sit up comfortably (no chairs that sink or slump, please). Grab some relaxing tea, light a candle and some incense. This is time to curate your practice space.
You may join with cameras on or off. Cameras on allows me to give you practice feedback on form and technique. But I also respect if you prefer to not have the camera on. My camera feed will be recorded, but yours will not. If questions come up live, your voice will be recorded.
